Professionals: identity, contact details, trades, areas, working hours, verification documents (ID, proofs).

Devices: the app's notification identifier.

3. Purposes

Handling bookings, verifying professionals, sending notifications, support, security and accounting.

4. Who sees your data

The client's exact address is visible only to the assigned professional, for that job. Phone numbers and e-mails are masked in messages.

Verification documents are accessible only to the verification team; every access is logged.

Technical providers: hosting, notification and e-mail delivery, under contract. [List and countries to be completed.]

5. Retention

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@elkconsultingltd.com.
