1. Who we are

FixAll is operated by ELK Consulting Ltd, Royal Road, Bain Boeuf, Mauritius. Contact: contact@elkconsultingltd.com.

2. The service

FixAll connects clients with independent professionals for home services. ELK Consulting Ltd does not perform the services: each professional is responsible for their work.

3. Account

You sign in with a phone number verified by a code. You are responsible for the use of your account.

4. Booking and cancellation

The price or estimate is shown before booking. The final amount is shown before you confirm the end of the job.

You can cancel from the app until the professional is on the way.

5. Payment

During the pilot phase, you pay the professional at the end of the job. The operator charges a commission to the professional.

6. Professionals' obligations

Professionals provide accurate, up-to-date documents, keep the time slots they accept and carry out the work with care.

An account may be suspended in case of breach.

7. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and relate to a real job. The operator may hide abusive or off-topic reviews.

8. Liability
