Delete my account
You can delete your FixAll or FixAll Pro account at any time. Here is how, and what happens to your data.
From the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Account (or Settings) › Help › Delete my account.
- Type the confirmation word shown, then confirm.
- Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out of all your devices.
Deletion is not possible while a job is in progress: complete or cancel it first.
Changed your mind?
For 30 days, sign in again and tap "Cancel deletion": your account is restored.
Without access to the app
Write to contact@elkconsultingltd.com from the account's e-mail address, or on WhatsApp at +23058436113 from the account's number, asking for deletion. We confirm the request before carrying it out.
What is deleted
After 30 days: name, phone, e-mail, addresses, photo, verification documents and notification identifiers are erased or anonymised.
What is kept, and for how long
- Accounting records (jobs, amounts, commissions): 7 years, in anonymised form, for legal obligations.
- Job messages and photos: erased at the latest 2 years after the end of the job, unless a dispute is ongoing.
- Security logs: 12 months in principle.
